What is required to get married in Las Vegas?
The marrying couple must be in possession of a State of Nevada Marriage License prior to being married. Both applicants must appear in person to obtain the license. The Marriage License Bureau in Las Vegas is located at:

Office hours are 8am-Midnight seven days a week including holidays. The cost of the license is $77. You may also use the following Clark County (Las Vegas) Marriage License forms prior to going to the Licensing Bureau:

What are your normal ceremony days and hours? Do you perform ceremonies on holidays?
Our destination wedding ceremonies are performed seven days a week, 365 days a year! Our normal ceremony hours are from 9am to 9pm. Ceremonies performed "after hours" require an additional $100 fee and are based on availability.

Do you offer vow renewals and commitment ceremonies for the same price?
Yes! We have renewed the vows of thousands of couples and have also performed thousands of commitment ceremonies for male/female, same sex, and alternative lifestyle couples as well! No paperwork is required by the State of Nevada for a renewal of vows or commitment ceremony performed here.

How do we reserve our wedding with you?
You may call us over the phone to process your payment with a credit card or you may use the "Book Now" link on our website. If booked online, please be sure to include the following information in the "Instructions To Merchant" box on the order page:

What if we have a date and time in mind but don't know where we want to have the ceremony?
Many couples merely book a date and time with us in advance, then decide on ceremony site at a later date, or once in town. We encourage those bookings in order for you to secure your desired date and time.

How far away from the city of Las Vegas can we have our ceremony performed?
Our ceremonies are performed all across the city of Las Vegas!
Ceremonies performed in/at Blue Diamond, Boulder City, Floyd Lamb Park, Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Mount Charleston, North Las Vegas, Spring Mountain State Ranch, Tule Springs and Wetlands Park require an additional $100 fee, due to the distance from the city. Additionally, we no longer perform ceremonies at the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead or Valley of Fire State Park, due to the distance from the city.

What happens after I/we reserve our ceremony with your company?
You will receive a formal confirmation e-mail within 48 hours of reserving. As explained in the confirmation e-mail, a representative of our office will call you a minimum of 5 hours prior to your ceremony on the day of your ceremony to setup/arrange the meeting location, etc. Your officiant, and/or photographer/videographer (if "all-inclusive") will then meet you "on location". You are also welcomed to contact our office at anytime prior to your ceremony.

How will we know where to meet our officiant, and photographer (if "all-inclusive")?
As explained in the confirmation e-mail, you will receive a call the day of your ceremony to reconfirm all details including where the officiate, and photographer (if "all-inclusive") will meet you. You are also welcomed to contact us at anytime prior to your ceremony.

How long does the ceremony take?
The ceremony itself is 5-7 minutes in length. If having just a "Minister only" ceremony it can be as quick as 10-15 minutes including paperwork! If an "all-inclusive" ceremony, please allow approximately 45 minutes from start to finish as our experienced, professional wedding photographers will take pictures before, during, and after your ceremony!

Do we have to tip the officiant and photographer?
Our ceremonies are "gratuity optional". Though tips are not required they are suggested. Typical gratuities range in the $20-$60 range but are not required.

How do we get our pictures after our ceremony?
Our Photography Services Department will select your 25 high-resolution digitally formatted pictures from all your pictures taken and upload a compressed folder (.zip) containing your photos onto our secure server. You will then receive a download link via e-mail, which will have attached a copyright release form in (.pdf) format within 7 days of your ceremony.
Upgraded photo packages include an additional 50 photos. A CD-ROM containing all 75 of your ceremony photos, including copyright release in (.pdf) format on disc, will be delivered to your hotel the day following your ceremony or will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail With Tracking within 72 hours of your ceremony! (Delivery method dependent upon our scheduling)

What happens to our marriage license after our ceremony?
Our officiates will complete your paperwork after your ceremony has been performed. Our office will then record your marriage license with the Clark County Clerk's Office. It takes the State of Nevada approximately 7-10 days after recordation to show as updated in their online database. At that time, certified copies will be available for you to order. The ordering instructions will be included in the paperwork you receive with your State of Nevada Marriage License.

Can we apply for the State of Nevada Marriage License online in advance?
Yes! The State of Nevada online Marriage License application can be accessed here. Once you have completed the form, click submit. You will be then be issued a reference number. Take your reference number and required identification to the Express Window at the main Marriage Bureau in Las Vegas in order to obtain your marriage license. Both applicants must appear in order to obtain a Marriage License. The cost of the State of Nevada Marriage License is $77.

Do you provide transportation to/from our ceremony location?
No. As ours is a mobile destination wedding company, we meet you/your party at the ceremony location site. We do, however, keep a Preferred Vendor List which includes options for transportation. See the "Vendors" page of our website for specific vendor information.

What type of ceremonies do your officiates perform?
All of our officiates use the same standard non-denominational ceremony script. Feel free to request it from us at anytime and you are welcomed to amend it by writing your own vows, etc.

How do we dress?

How many guests can we have?
As we perform the majority of our ceremonies in public locations, there is no limit to the number of guests you may have, though we do impose a $100 surcharge for parties of 20 or larger.

Is there music or seating for our guests?
As the majority of our ceremonies are performed on/at public locations, there is no seating or music provided. The exception is if we are marrying you in a hotel room, private residence, approved private property, etc. The marrying couple would then be responsible for their own seating/music/etc.

Can our friends and family also take pictures and video?
Yes! Unlike any chapel in town, you are welcomed to also have family/friends take pictures/video for you! We just ask that they not interfere with our assigned professional photographer and/or videographer if selected.

What if we need to change our date or cancel?
If you need to alter your date or time after reservation, let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance and we'll gladly reserve a new date/time for you, based on availability. There is no fee for a ceremony date change. If you need to cancel your reservation, a full refund is available for cancellations received 14 or more days prior to the ceremony date. 50% refunds are available for cancellations received from the time frame of 13 days until the day prior to your ceremony. Due to our tight booking schedule, refunds are not available for cancellations received less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled ceremony time.

Can we get married on the casino floor where we are staying?
We cannot marry you on private property without the consent of the property owner. Almost all gambling resorts in Las Vegas will not allow us to marry on their casino floors.

Do we need a permit to marry inside Red Rock Canyon?
Red Rock Conservation Area ceremonies require a permit from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. The fee is $200 and there is a minimum two (2) week waiting period for permit approval.
